This hardwood-handled folding saw is ideal for medium to large pruning jobs. The patented Razor Tooth Power Tooth blade design cuts on the pull stroke and cleans debris on the push stroke. Fully hardened carbon-steel blade holds a sharp edge longer, and the blade folds and locks for convenience and safety when not in use. Lifetime warranty.The Fiskars 10-inch folding saw features a patented woodzig blade made from tough high carbon steel. The comfortable hardwood handle with easy grip design swings open and closed with an easy to use push button lock for added safety. Additionally, the woodzig blade was designed for less binding during aggressive cutting. The saw is backed with a limited lifetime warranty.

Customer Review: Years of hard work and still going strong

I originally got this saw for trail clearing and have never found anything better. The blade folds in securely and when unfolded snaps securely in place. It can cut a fairly good-sized sapling or branch and the blade has stayed sharp enough to be very effective for years. Once I mislaid it and bought another fancier model, but for all its glamour, it couldn't beat this simple one and I was delighted to find it again.
Now that I am retired I have more time to trim around my pasture fences to spruce the place up a bit and have used this little saw often to cut away saplings and cedars that seem to shoot up to a sturdy size at blinding speed. I can trim the fence lines and trails carrying only this and my newly purchased small machete Gerber 22-41061 Brush Thinner Machete with Sheath which cuts everything smaller.
I highly recommend this saw. It's compact, effective and lasts forever. Great product.
